SWAP iPhone 3gs 16gb for Blackberry Curve 9320 or 9360 ?

Im looking to swap my iPhone 3gs 16gb for a Blackberry Curve 9320 or 9360 I only have the phone and charger, but its in very good condition, no scratches on the screen dew to the screen protector, everything works as it should. Blackberry must work with box and charger, good condition/new. thanks
