Iphone 4, New condition, 8gb black boxed. Faulty -

Iphone 4 for sale, brand new condition, never used, not a mark on it anywhere, comes boxed with no accessories. The problem is the phone will not get a signal as the photos show, All the other features work perfectly and it connects to itunes. Not sure if its network blocked or there is a problem with it.....
